As National Marketing Manager for a major property development and retirement living company over two decades, I’ve met countless project managers running multi-million-dollar projects - most of whom have little time for marketing’s requests. Warren Danter, however, is a rare exception.

I first met Warren in late 2015 when Living Choice engaged him to build a 114-bed Estia Aged Care Residence next to Living Choice Twin Waters. Managing a $25‑million development while balancing construction demands with the needs of nearby retirement residents was no small feat. Yet Warren communicated brilliantly with both residents and our marketing team, delivering an outstanding project.

He later built another 114‑bed Estia residence in Sunshine Cove, and his creativity soon led Living Choice to launch a Residential Communities division.
